DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

StratMg, a fast growing marketing services company, targets the Manufacturing segment within the United States to help manufacturing companies generate consistent sales growth.  We employ sales-driven performance marketing strategies and tactical execution to achieve this goal.

As a Director of Operations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner, if it keeps the agency running or growing, you’ll be involved!  This position provides a unique opportunity to help shape a truly dynamic marketing services company. We’re  in need of an Operationally Excellent expert to help monetize the growth trajectory typically associated with an IT startup.

Key contributions include –

• Charting & Executing the overall Operations Strategy including Budgeting, Product Planning & Management, Resourcing, Setting Policies and Streamlining Processes
• Exhibiting quantified growth and success of the marketing operations team as defined by insightful metrics such as project performance, agency throughput, streamlined processes, building an ecosystem of complementary partners, etc.
• Partnering with Account Management to ensure seamless communications and collaborations.

Ideal Candidate Composition –

• At least 2 to 4 years working at an Agency
• Proven & quantified marketing campaign results through scalable marketing strategy & execution – especially with technology platforms such as Marketing Automation Platforms, Dashboarding Platforms, AI Platforms, etc.
• Passionate about Operational Excellence along with strong reporting & analytical skills
• Exposure to the manufacturing industry is extremely valuable
• A leader – someone who leads by example
