PROJECT MANAGER

With a mission to create and save manufacturing jobs in the United States, StratMg, a fast-growing marketing services agency helps manufacturing companies generate consistent sales growth.  This is accomplished by sales-driven performance marketing strategies and tactical execution.  In that vein, StratMg is looking for a passionate individual with a personable personality and proven experience establishing rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities: A Project Manager will manage all aspects of program & communications management for all assigned projects.  This includes (but is not limited to) –    

• Seeing projects through the full life cycle per scope, budget, and timeline 

• Being a point person for all ongoing client communications to ensure they are in tune with all the happenings 

• Managing the internal communication process that streamlines execution between the appropriate internal constituencies 

• Measuring operational effectiveness from a throughput, on-time completion, and continuous improvement standpoint 

• Identifying & addressing bottlenecks in the process to enhance throughput

• Shaping a client experience that enables building a relationship of trust and credibility for StratMg 

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Project Management

• Demonstrated success with seeing projects through the full life cycle per scope, budget, and timeline

• Experience with a platform like Asana, Trello, Monday.com or something similar – a MUST

• Must be a quick learner, a self-starter – with the ability to work with minimal supervision, yet comfortable with asking questions when instruction is needed

• Versatile verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – ability to communicate well to both team members, clients, and vendors who are at different business and technical knowledge levels

• Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines a must
