StratMg, a fast growing marketing services company, targets the Manufacturing segment within the United States to help companies generate consistent sales growth. This is accomplished by sales-driven performance marketing strategies and tactical execution.
In that vein, StratMg is looking for a passionate individual with a personable personality and a proven experience that establishes rapport with prospects over the phone.
The Inside Sales Rep./Appointment Setter will contact and qualify prospective clients via telephone and e-mail. The appointment setter’s responsibilities are twofold:
Internal StratMg Sales – Generate leads for StratMg by establishing a consistent relationship of trust followed by credibility via phone and email. The representative will work in concert with the marketing team to develop a holistic experience for a prospect. The Representative must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with our internal teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and potentially closing sales.
StratMg Client Appointment Setting – In this role the Representative will utilize guided scripts to develop a conversational rapport with prospects to pre-qualify warm leads that might be interested in StratMg Client’s products or services. The primary objective will be –
Qualify a prospect & set an appointment for a subject-matter expert to follow-up
Generate insightful intelligence on the current landscape at the prospect’s company to determine the quality of the lead
Familiarizing with essential details of our products and services as well as those of our clients.
Identifying and contacting prospective clients by using our CRM. This includes updating the CRM with relevant contact data, status and history.
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Fielding basic questions about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative or Subject Matter Expert when applicable.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Successful individuals will possess an excellent sales aptitude, strong work ethic and communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality.
Proven Inside Sales Experience
Strong attention to detail including the ability to mult-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience working with a CRM
Persuasive and results-oriented
Experience working in manufacturing a plus
