Join Our Team – Digital Marketing Specialist

StratMg, a fast growing marketing services company focusing on the manufacturing industry, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in SEO, SEM & Social Media to join the Account Management team at our Downers Grove office. This is a full-time position.

This role is an integral part of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for driving client strategy and deliverables for a variety of accounts. The core responsibilities are as follows:

• To help develop quantifiable sales-driven marketing solutions.

• Work with the internal Operations team to manage the campaign execution.

• Measure and report performance to the clients for all digital campaigns and assess against goals

• Based on the above, identify trends, insights & optimize spend performance.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies & solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in Digital Marketing specifically Email Marketing, SEO & Social Media

• Must be a quick learner, self-starter – the ability to work with minimal supervision, yet comfortable with asking questions when instruction is needed

• Versatile verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – ability to communicate well to both team members, clients and vendors who are at different business and technical knowledge levels.

• Possesses the ability to understand technical concepts and articulate those concepts in easy-to-understand terms for our clients.

• Experience running virtual meetings using a structured agenda and platforms such as GMeet or Zoom, for example.

• Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines a must.

• Previous experience with SEO Platforms and Tools (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush etc) a plus
• Previous experience crafting lead nurture journeys along with exposure to Marketing Automation Platforms a plus
