Given the changing landscape of business, customers are gaining leverage each day through a myriad channels such as social media – a trend that increases the need for marketers to engage as directly as possible.
The more they listen, the more they learn. The more they learn, the better the insights at various levels – segmentation/persona development, content strategy (resonating pieces), crafting engagement journeys via lead nurturing, etc to name a few.
